June 1944-December 1944 5 U-Flottille (Kiel)

January 1945-May 1945 11 U-Flottille (Bergen)

Patrol 1 30 December 1944. Left Kiel and arrived at Horten on 2 January 1945.

Patrol 2 8 January 1945. Left Horten and arrived at Stavanger on 10 January 1945.

Patrol 3 15 January 1945. Left for British coastal waters. U 1058 operated in the Irish Sea from 9 February. On or about the 18th the boat claimed a large freighter sunk but this was not confirmed. U 1058 returned to Bergen on 26 March 1945.

Patrol 4 28 April 1945. Left Bergen for British coastal waters. When the U-boat campaign ended on 4 May 1945, U 1058 was still at sea west of the British Isles. She put in to Lough Foyle and surrendered on 10 May 1945.

In November 1945 U 1058 was handed over to the Soviet Navy and renamed S-82.
